Today just hasn’t gone the way I thought it was going to, hence the tardiness and brevity of this post. While I go get a tasty adult beverage and attempt to recover, I leave you with today’s fine romance, Paperman, a Disney short film that won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short in 2012.

This is a cute short–even my kids like to watch it, although they don’t quite understand the plot yet.
I haven’t been stuck in a traffic jam (let alone 2), so today is much better, thank you!
And yes, Paperman has all-age appeal. Who doesn’t love paper airplanes? (Though I do wonder what his next move would have been if he’d managed to get an airplane through her office window.)
